(Al-Haaqa) 69 : 34
وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ الْمِسْكِينِ
He didn’t encourage others for feeding the indigents.
The believers’ duty is not only to feed the indigents and needy, but is also to encourage others to do so. Aiming to fulfill his responsibility of encouraging others to feed the indigents and needy, he will propagate Adhikr which explains all these things to entire mankind as explained in verse 9: 60. Today since there is no a group of believers anywhere in the world, the odd believer should follow the mode of prayer and lifestyle as explained in the verses 7: 205-206.
